Hi,
I have a application in flex which use multiple projects, finally It generates 2 swf.
lets say swf A and swf B , swf B is module which is call by swf A,
I have convert both swf by using your tool but now I am not able to load my default swf which is A.
note : I am using dynamic classes in both swf.
so plz suggest something which work for me.

You need to put all names (functions, classes etc) which you are using between those two swfs into a ignore list. This ensures they won't be renamed. Otherwise you won't get it to work.
