When you choose an iperlink there is an option to manage files download.
It should be useful if WP, put these files in a separate folder in the FTP server.
Not very important (I made a trick manually and I solved) but i think this make sense: in fact you can choose to download locally all images, or all other files for testing, batch, and so on...

Yes, we are also planning to make it possible to include a file reference into the websitepainter folder structure, in that way you can also specify the exact file location then.
