If it it a template for websitepainter (it usually has a .wspt extension), then you only need to copy it into your template directory (in Windows, it's where you installed websitepainter, like C:\Program Files (x86)\Ambiera\WebsitePainter 2.0.1\templates, on mac os x, it's in the application library directory).
Alternatively, you can simply open the file directly in the editor, using File -> Open.

This I know too, but what about if I find free template somewhere on web.
When i donwload it it will be like index.html about.html etc., style css and images.

Is there any possibility how to get in websitepaitner ?

No, WebsitePainter cannot import .html or .css files.
