I created website with 400 pages, but i now i want to change background, links colors etc. and I dont want to change it on every site is there way how to do it for every page in once ?

WebsitePainter has a feature called 'Masterpages', where you can reuse a page, and thus change the background, design, colors, etc on multiple pages all at once. It is described here: http://www.ambiera.com/websitepa...
But it only works if you have planned for this, adding this afterwards is probably a bit tricky, I'm sorry, so this is probably not of much help. Otherwise I couldn't think of an easy way to change 400 pages quickly.
