I can't figure out how to keep the navigation bar at the top when I scroll down. Any help?

That's actually quite easy: Be sure the navigation bar is the first thing on the top of your page. Then right-click it, select "HTML Code..." then "Additional CSS Styles". Enter
position: fixed; z-index:1000;
And hit ok. You won't see this directly in the editor, but when you click 'Preview', it will be fixed at the position when you scroll, and on top of all the other parts of your website.
