So I was thinking and I would have no idea how to pull something like this off but it would awesome if niko figured something like this out in the future
Ok so let's say your playing a scary game right? And it's a FP horror walk through or what have you and you have a trigger that activates let's say a fake phone call and it comes from your own personal phone.. So in the menu before the game you would have put in your phone number so it can activate your phone. You could do so much with that..

and there is already the issue, lets say Even if someone Could pull this of - plenty of Ppl would abuse such system and many would not want to type in their phone number into a game, could you blame them - no of course not, such function/requirement would harm your game and make you look unserious. .. anyways the idea isnt Bad but it would be better to just equip your character with a phone model and script events like unknown call incoming and Stuff like that. Now if your game would be a VR Game it would Add alot to the immersion. At the End you can create Something like that with "Smoke & Mirrors" if you get what i mean.

haha very interesting! so like when your playing the game and you get all these "calls" from "grandma"?  lol that's pretty cool. I think you could probably pull this off in my estimation by creating a separate web server, like an auto dialing system, then using some script in your game you could communicate to the server and activate a call.

Hah I mean of course there would be a lot of looking into with something like this but it would be a lot different from anything else..
