Having trouble getting my contact form working. Here is a link to it. http://www.axmicro.com/contact.php I talked with my host and they said Yes the server has been provisioned and is enabled to send email using PHP. They also said the following but I followed every step in the tutorial listed on line. I took a look at the contact form and noticed that the PHP page does not have a valid 'form-handler' specified in the form's action tag (Screenshot_051717_031234_PM.jpg). Whomever created the contact page appears to have typed in < form action="contact.php" > as a place holder until a valid form-handler could be created OR uploaded. In the meantime, the contact page is just going to loop on itself every time the submit button is pressed. Thanks, Rob |

From what I see, your page doesn't have any PHP code. It prints " PHP code will be inserted here when published as PHP page " somewhere in the html code. There should be PHP code instead. Maybe you didn't use the "Publish to local disk" or "Publish to internet" feature, but use the pages genertated from "Preview" instead? If not, you might just want to send the .rcd file to Ambiera support, they usually can help you there. |
