Most software with an opening screen has the option to not just open a new file, or example file (as CC has at the moment) but ALSO the ability to open your most recent file/s 2. Settings: A tickbox to make CC remember the last settings for the editor window (like if you always work with an extra viewport and never uses the prefab window, etc.) A ticked box could be default for remembering settings. An unticked box for todays default setting. 3. When 3rd person camera is choosen to follow an object, there is a possibility to set the target height. This can currently ONLY be done in the behaviour section of the camera by entering digits. But the viewport mode suggests it's possible to do it by selecting the target box and move it. And yes, it moves, but it's not working. Sometimes I forget it, but it can be much more painful to understand this as a newbie. (Confusing, as this is possible with the directional light). So, why not give the user that option? :-) 4. Filenames and directories: When importing an object, lets say "table.obj", it's listed in the Scen graph as table. Thats fine. But lets say you have'nt worked on this ccb for a while, it would be good to know where that file is on your hard drive in case you'd like to edit it. Now lets make this even more confusing, to emphasize even stronger why this is important to be solved: In CC there is a phantastic option to replace an existing object mesh with a completely different file. So lets assume you'd like to replace this table with an object named "green_rabbit.obj". It works BUT the name stays the same - it's not changed to green_rabbit - no, it's still "table". THIS can confuse the hell out of me![/quote]
