Just have it load into Blender first then export as different file format (sometimes same format is fine too). The other slots will then show up if you have multiple textures to apply. This fix works for static imports but unsure about animated imports whether works or not. Also you mention that you already have the file in Blender...?? - well try a different format is my recommendation like '.X' or '.ms3d' - both plugins can be loaded into Blender...[/quote]
