One nuisance I have noted since I first began using RocketCake is that it likes to do re-upload files that have not changed. The setting to upload only changed files has little effect. I can change one letter but it will upload fifty or a hundred files again.
If this is just a bug on the list of future fixes, it's no big deal, but am wondering if others have this experience.

After upload, be sure to save the project file again. Rocketcake stores in the file which version was uploaded.
When you close rocketcake after upload without saving, this will happen.
