How to separate the project into a separate system so that after that you can run the game without downloading the engine?

It's just that if you save the project, it does not have a file structure and will not start without an engine. I need a separate project

I do not know English (I write through Google), can you give a link? Preferably with subtitles, but if anything - I'll figure it out.

publish to windows and it will create an exe file that you run directly not needing an engine to run anymore..

I clicked publish to Windows, and there really is an EXE file, but, for example, if I want to upload a game to Steam, or another site, will I need to put only the EXE file into the archiver ????
