I'll like to ask how to create a server to host WebGL games in CopperCube?

You don't need any special setting for that, simply put the data folder and the HTML file that Coppercube creates when publishing as webGL to your server.
make sure to rename the HTML file to "index.html" so that you don't have to manually put the HTML name in the URL, in order to run the game.
And make sure you place the data and HTML file in the same folder.

And that's it.
