I don't think it makes sense to use three js with coppercube. Three js just provides the rendering functionality.
You can port a js library or part of it to be used with coppercube. It will be a bit easier for browser target for multiple reasons: you can use ES6, you can use browser native APIs, etc. A bit harder for other targets, since you have to rewrite or recompile the library of your choice to es1 and replace browser apis with coppercube ones.
If you want to use three js and ammo why just not use them natively in the browser? Or with electron/nw for desktop app?
