There is already orthographic camera in CC editor when we change the viewport from perspective to other.
It will be nice if that feature can be added as a new camera type, so that we can use it in our games as well.
It will make it easy to create 2D games in CC with 3D stuff.
Hope it can be added in the next update.

If you really want to do 2d games, I recommend JustinCase's 2d controller scripts which are available on itch.io.
