I’m interested to know where student files are saved by default and if there is a way to redirect all locations to OneDrive? Our students work on different machines and don’t necessarily have access to data stored locally |

Not sure I get your question. There is no default saving location. RocketCake will ask where to save the project file (.rcd) or the published files. If students are allowed to use removable storage devices they wouldn't need to save anything on their machines but could take along all their stuff e.g. on a USB stick, and resume their work on any other machine as long as RocketCake is installed. They could even take along RocketCake as a portable version. Just be aware that using RocketCake leaves files in the AppData. |

If you are asking about the images and other data for your website: You mostly only need the .rcd file which you save in RocketCake. That contains your whole project, including styles and images. Not included in that file are linked audio and video files, or linked download files like pdfs. But for most cases, if you just keep your .rcd file, then mostly everything should be included. |

Hi, and thanks for responding! The reason for my question is that our students accounts are in AzureAD and all storage is in 365. They have no ability to save files locally. Any files that are written to the AppData folder will not be captured in their OneDrive folders. Also as they are shared devices there is no guarantee that they will work at the same PC each time. One question arising from your reply is regarding linked files. Are they able to link to files in OneDrive? Thanks again Dave |

What is the problem to link/upload manualy where you want. Sometimes i also upload my .rcd to google drive. |

You can also make your local folder on PC where you storage .rcd file to sync with onedrive. |
