That's up to you. If you click on a page in the Documents explorer you can insert title, keywords, language in the Properties window, and if that's not enough you can right-click on a page in the Documents explorer, select "HTML code" and then select "Additional code in header". Here you can insert additional matatags.

By default there is no meta description tag, one of the most necessary tags along with tiitle tag. Please add meta description tag in the future updates. I wait for these 4 years.

I know how to add it. As i write above there is no possibility to do it by default like title tag. I do it with notepad, because the way in that video i dont like, it puts description tag before title tag, and there is no way to put it in correct place - after title tag. And also there is by default keywords tag, but it is useless and ignored from search engines for many many years, metadescription tag is very important but it is not by default...no logic at all.
