How do I get the menu items to actually point to another page in the project? For example, first menu item says "fiction" and I want it to go to the fiction page when you click on it. Also, web pages are saved as .rcd files - how do these become .html files when you upload them to your web hosting server?

Right click on the menu item, select "Insert Link...".
There you can link another page or website or download or whatever.
To create .html files from your .rcd file, just click "Publish to disk" or "Publish to the internet"
