I know I've been dormant for a while, but how do you get the TimeMS variable on the "every few seconds do something" behaviour and the WeaponRange on "shoot" in JavaScript? Thanks to anyone for their help!

Unfortunately, built-in behavior properties are not accessible during runtime via javascript.
