Using Inverse Kinematics (IK) with CopperCube for correct foot placement.

Is their a way to implement IK for animated mesh skeleton.
I want to make some correct foot placement for my 3rd Person character, and as I know the only way to do that is to use IK.

So if anyone no how to use IK with CCB, Or any other solution to achieve correct foot placement.
