Two ways you would have get the source and add ads in android studio. Another option flutterflow redesign the game and add ads easily or in app purchase.

As serge suggested, if you are creating a webGL bbased game you can simply use html ad elements. Or you can bring your game android source in Android Studio, and can create a new ad activity in there to add ads in your mobile game.
