Is there a reason this cube and cone that is following along a path is blinking like disco dancing ?

It doesn't blink in the viewport, but when you test as windows application, get ready for shock inducing blink blinks !

You're using static lighting on a moving object - try setting the material type (of the cube and cone) to dynamic lighting.

Ah, just noticed - that doesn't fix it. For me, your path-line also seems to flicker in the viewport of the scene - not sure why.

Just so you know, it's the water is what's making the cube/cone flicker - but not sure how to fix it.

This is a known bug, the water makes it flicker, the objects in your scene if there is a missing skybox in your scene. You can add a skybox, and it will fix the flickering. Hope that helps

Wow, adding a skybox fixes it, that is so random...
Thanks "just_in_case", there is no way I would have known that on my own.
