Only uploads/updates HTML file when changing file name

I've noticed that when you change the name of an HTML file it only uploads/updates the HTML file, not the CSS files, when publishing to the internet. When publishing to local disk both are updated. A bug I presume?

Ah, that could be. Thanks for reporting, will have a look. If this is a bug, you can likely work around it by going into the options menu and unchecking the option "use external css files for styles".

Update: tried to reproduce it, but it seems to work nicely.

In case there is something I'm missing, you can also uncheck the box to only update changed files, as workaround.

You can contact me directly with a more detailed report on this website using Support -> Contact if you like.

Been experimenting a bit with this, and sometimes it works, sometimes not. It seems that files named index.html are treated differently than [anything].html in some way when it comes to renaming and uploading to internet. Does that make any sense?

Hm, that seems to be a different problem then. Could it be that your browser maybe just simply doesn't refresh correctly? Likely there is an older .css file in the cache. Refresh the browser and clear its cache, maybe then it is correct.

Sorry, haven't been able to respond before now.

Well I'm checking the uploads via FTP, so it's not browser cache, so maybe a server issue? Anyway, I'm too busy to do more testing right now, will try again later. I'm a programmer myself and one of my specialties is file management so I'm curious about what's going on here. :)

In any case, I can always see if the CSS is missing when loading the HTML page and then just upload the CSS manually, so no big deal, I'm not renaming files every other minute.

Thanks!
