How do I get spaces in 2d and 3d textures, for example,
2d aiming point, 2d marks. Objects with space in their texture, such as leaves in minecraft ?

You need to create a texture with an alpha channel in a program like gimp, photoshop, etc. Then in CC change the material's property (where you apply the texture) from solid to transparent(alpha channel).
