To be serious 5 minutes, is there a roadmap for a new version of CC and an official release date or is the software abandoned? And where is the developer of this software who no longer participates in the forum? |

Is there at least one mediator in contact with the developer who can provide answers? |

For that, alone, he gets infinite gratitude. So, all the chaffing against Nico/CopperCube irks me. Sure, I'd like a new version... I'd be glad to buy the pay version, if he included those improvements to it. But CopperCube is his playground, so we must play by his rules, not ours. More complaining will NOT budge him, except in the OPPOSITE direction we'd like him to move. Maybe we should start buying the pay version enmass, to encourage him that working on CopperCube is worth his time and effort. Hmm? Needless to say, if I have need of something in the pay version, I will have no problem buying it. I've only not done so, because I don't need to. But, if I knew buying a copy would help motivate him, I'd even offer to buy copies for OTHERS who couldn't afford it. If we want him to make a new version, let's ENCOURAGE him towards that end, by whatever means necessary, not whine and complain. |

I wasn't saying I had the paid version and wasn't going to pay for it, til I had a reason (I carefully reread my comment, and it could be taken that way, which was not intended). Ugh! @luposian, I believe he is trying to mock you for mispronouncing @niko's name. There is no "C" in there instead it is "K". The forum has been lately just full of trolls. It is hard to keep track of them. It is better to ignore such posts, I can delete such posts but then it will be like I am snatching their rights of free speech. So mods here are easy on such posts and let them slide in, I wish people were more into helping each other than mocking and trolling. |
