There is a way to re-arrange it, but that would be just waste of time. You can create a copy of the scene as a coppercube prefab file, and then delete and re-import to arrange the scene.
but I am not sure why there is a need for that? As the arrangement of the scenes doesn't affect the game in any sense?

You don't understand why reorder the scenes just_in_case? it's really an amateur's answer and a non-developer's answer, it's called "ergonomics", it's what differentiates an amateur interface from that of professional software, your answer is borderline insulting and condescending...
