I figured out how to change font and color for Image Gallery thumbnails but captions do not show when viewing the full-sized images. I am using Paid v5.5 Rocketcake.

That's a feature the gallery doesn't have, but it could be added as option in an upcoming update, if you like.

Yes, please add that feature for Image Gallery and Slideshow. I am having to use WOW Image Slider for the time being. It has captions setting with many options for fonts, color, position, etc.
