I've created a new extension for CopperCube that allows dynamic screen shaders using render textures! This system lets you apply real-time post-processing effects by rendering a scene from a specified camera onto a screen mesh. The first release includes 5 shader examples, each with a test executable: -Chromatic Aberration -Color Depth Quantization -Fisheye -Motion Blur -Pencil Sketch This is just the starter pack, I'll be adding more shaders in future updates! Sam grady, your action screen shader is amazing, I have one question, this shader will work only in coppercube 6.6 or new right? I ask this because, I saw the comand of render the was released first in coppercube 6.6, is more one curious question. One another game engine called manu game engine insert screen shaders direct in active camera too, and this shader system aparentaly work very well in any game engine. I liked to much of the example of chromatic aberration, become too good, this shader system is one sucess. Is possible in one future version add some way to chance shaders propreties direct in action shader, if you will make this will bring more option for effects for non coders developers in coppercube. Thank you for your kind words! Yes, this shader action works only in CopperCube 6.6 and newer because the render-to-texture feature was introduced in version 6.6. Regarding shader properties, the only way to control shader parameters in CopperCube without coding is by correctly using a callback function that retrieves values from global variables. These global variables can be modified in the engine, allowing for some level of customization. However, how much control you have depends on how the shader is written. Also, in CopperCube, screen shaders cannot be applied directly to the active camera like in some other engines. |

Sam grady, you new shader looks amazing, insteresting your combination of effects to create this shader, and more cool, this shader have proprieties that allow adjust the graphics. I have one question, your screen shader extension affect objects with parents, or only affect the select object? Sam grady do acept sugesting of shaders for screen shaders extension?
