I am a newbie and made a homepage.Everything went well until yesterday. I made several hyperlinks and they worked. Yesterday i made a new one and after publicing it on teh internet i got the message about:blankblocked.
I tried many things. Made a copy of an old page . but even these did not work. The old works still wokrs. Cleaned my cache. Tried another browser. Please help.

Need some more info for helping you, difficult to say what happened. Do you have a link maybe so I can take a look?
Or a screenshot?
Where does the link go to? What is the url? What is the text, type and URL you entered?
