To be honest they all are giving you links to keyboard or mouse events system, you still need to do all the variables and weapon stuff on your own.
I suggest you to get the weapons system through @VeganPete's aseets pack. He has a weapon wheel system which can change weapon and many more. So that you don't have to change a lot in there and use the template easily.
