Hello, I have recently found your fantastic RocketCake editor and even web statistic component. I made a simple webpage to test it. I buyed and installed component, inserted into webpage. Configured folder, password, ...FTP Uploaded,... opened web from different devices to increase visitors... BUT when I am trying to open admin interface, it falls into this error: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in /home/html/z7h.sk/public_html/stat/index.php on line 43 What did I wrong, what can i do to resolve it? No, the error show up right after opening the link. - Before any prompt to enter password occurs. |

trobit - that's strange - looks like PHP doesn't like the array syntax. What is the PHP version your webserver is using? You you maybe send me the created .php file? Maybe something else in your settings is causing this. |

Well, it was caused by wrong PHP version setting on server. Default was v5.2, I changed it randomly to v7.0, Now it works! ...but which version is preffered for this web statistic component? There are available all from v5.2 to v8.3. |

Uh, PHP 5.2 is 18 years old by now - I guess it would be better to switch to a newer version. The version doesn't matter - 7.0 is fine probably, but it's also around 9 years (!) old already. |
