Is there a good reason to not add the <hr> element to this software?

I asked about that many months ago and was told not available, so I created a small image file and inserted it where needed, adjusting the width to fit.

Yes, you can alternatively for example also create a container with a height of something like 2 or 3 pixels and set some border styles which look nice.
