Hello, I have a large number of pages to publish. However, it now takes about 1–2 minutes before the FTP upload begins. I’ve enabled the “Only upload the changed or newer files” option, but the delay still occurs. Regards Otto |

That's probably because you have many and large files - RocketCake needs to check if they changed and going through each file may take a bit. It would increase speed if you have your temporary file location set in windows on a fast disk, like an SSD. If that's already the case, you could maybe split up your large project into multiple small ones? Or remove very large files from the project and upload them manually. That would at least be a workaround. |

Hello Niko, Thank you very much for your quick help. Yes, I have about 100 videos. Well, my PC isn't the latest. But I have an SSD and with enough memory. My other software doesn't cause me any problems. I don't know how RocketCake compares the files. But if RocketCake only read the “Archive” flag, it would only take a few seconds. After a transfer, just reset the flag! “Or remove very large files from the project and upload them manually.” Here I don't understand your idea. If I place the files using FTP, how do I reference my video links in the "Video Filename" tool? |

I think that's not possible, but the HTML Code the video player creates is not very complicated. Just copy and paste the code (right-click the video player and select HTML Code, uncheck "extern css") and then delete the player and paste that code into a HTML Code element. Should work without problem. |
