I've been using RocketCake 6.2 for a bit now, and am quite happy with it. In many ways, this is a modernized / superior version of DreamWeaver. Nonetheless, bullet points appear to be particularly glitchy. For instance: 1. If a bullet point line ends with a period, hitting enter doesn't create a new bullet point line, instead it teleports the text cursor to the top left corner of the text container. 2. If bullet point sub-items are edited too much (like re-ordering them), empty lines are left behind which cannot be deleted until neighboring bullet point lines are removed. 3. Bullet point lists display with a different amount of padding in the editor than they do in Google Chrome. 4. Bullet points lack text shadows. |

Bullet points are still a bit improved each version - they are a feature particularly difficult to get right in every combination which is possible. About text shadows: The text itself should support shadows - but the bullet points themselves don't, that's true. That's because how it works across different browsers - it's possible to make also the points have shadows but it's a bit more work to make that work - and not possible on all (especially old) browsers for now. But I'll see what can be done. |
