i downloaded an extension, but when i double click it it doesnt do anything except pop up a message, "Open with". i cant find the folder rocketcake is installed in so i cant copy paste it either. Im using windows 11 |

What operating system are you using? On Windows, just go to your folder "Documents". In there, create a folder "RocketCake" and in there, a folder "extensions". Copy the file into there and restart RocketCake, then it should work. |

Extension components described in help, you wrote: To download them, click the "Download more" button on the component list: I can see all topics but "download more does not appear". So I downloaded contact.rcjs but I do not find the /RocketCake/extensions container to paste it. When double clicking the file in Finder, I get the message "This version of RocketCake doesn't support extension components". Then I tried to creating my own extension component, how described in help, test.rcjs. But after restart this new component does not appear. I am using RocketCake professional, v.6.4.1 and MacOs Sequoia 15.7.1 Thanks in advance for help Best regards Rolf |

The version from the mac app store does not support components because it is sandboxed due to Apple's rules - use the one from this website instead. (Just uninstall the other one) |

Following the steps by raverouf worked I can now place the downloaded forms but once published it errors out. I get a PHP error of code filling the page. Is there anything else to do or is it Cloudfare interfering? Edit: Thought I had it. I found where to enter my email address in the code but it still errors out? |
