RocketCake does support embedding HTML5 videos. However, I wouldn’t convert them there. It’s best to use MP4 (with the H.264 codec) and WebM (with the VP9 codec).

Yes - you can just use a HTML 5 Video element and select the .mov file in RocketCake for it to be played. Should work in most browsers.
