Hello, I use the gallery on almost every website. When viewed on a smartphone, the images are opened again separately, just like on a PC. In my opinion, this doesn't make sense on a smartphone above a certain size, as the photos are then displayed smaller in the "larger view" than when embedded on the website. Would it be possible to make this view optionally disableable? Another question about the gallery: Would it be possible to extend it so that it can work with categories? So, you would define a category for each photo/image and then be able to switch between categories on the website using buttons above the gallery. Many thanks and best regards, Bruce |

Have you selected the option "open in a layer"? That's what most websites today do. No about the category, but you can probably add a sub menu on the top and sort the galleries into separate pages? |

Hi Niko, I always have the overlay enabled. Perhaps this screenshot clarifies what I mean. You can see that the photo in the overlay is displayed smaller than on the website in the background. Therefore, in my opinion, the overlay, i.e., the larger view, is no longer useful on a smartphone. Would it be possible for you to add an option to disable the overlay, but only for a certain width? Best regards, Bruce |

Ah, I see, you are right. But: You can likely zoom in (depending on your browser) in that view. An option to disable the overlay for a certain size isn't existing, but it would be a nice to have, true. |
