Hello,

I just uploaded newly build site (www.florentisnunc.art) on the server (thank you for the RC), but there is one persistent issue.

Containers with different text stacked on the vertical axis, while displaying correctly on desktop (Chrome on Windows, and Firefox and Epiphany -the closest to Safari- on Linux), on mobile devices tend to overlap one over the other thus showing merely arbitrary cuts from the content.

I simply cannot figure out what is the cause, and how to rectify the problem since when I worked with the RC and fiddled with the containers Breaking points all was nearly fine.

Bizarrely, on a Lenovo tablet (Yoga 3 Plus) in landscape mode the text is mangled, yet in portrait it is shown correctly, so, apparently, not all my efforts have been in vain.

The problem sub-page in any of the languages is the "About.... "

My question is, is there any way the containers to scale down/up while keeping the spaces in between adjusted proportionately?

Thank you.

You can also see this in the desktop browser. Just let it emulate a mobile browser.

It would be easier to see with the .rcd file, but from what I see in the browser is that you are positioning the texts somehow manually in breakpoints?
Better would be to just put container after container into your document, then you wouldn't need to change the positions manually at all and it would work perfectly automatically.

Hi, and thank for swiftly weighing in.

I have no idea how to provide here the content of a .rcd file.

You mean stacking the containers just one over the other?

When I published the project some of the text formatting vanished - as for instance most of the text indentation.

I will try stacking the containers with text, but I hope I won't end with a block of undifferentiated text

Maybe you could create a copy of your .rcd file with only that page in there and upload it somewhere, then I can check it out. Right now I'm just guessing in the dark emoji icon_grin

Okay, thanks a lot for the helpfulness.
I'll try to do it tomorrow and let you know.

Hello Erik,

I couldn't manage to open/ copy the .rcd file so I cannot show where exactly was the issue.
It could be my inaptitude, or, perhaps more likely, the proprietary format.

Somehow I managed to rework the problem pages and now they show as intended, at least in some display resolutions; in others they still don“t.

It is a pity that the previews are sometimes so inaccurate.

Would've been much more helpful, I think, if instead of or in addition to phone models there where preview options on screens with different aspect ratios; and in addition to the slider for horizontal resolution some manner to take into account changes in the vertical.

And the other bizarre shortcoming I had to confront is that some of the text formatting "vanish" in the published files.
