Can you do the same with just coppercube or you need also copperlicht? Is coppercube just an editor to make graphically what you need to program with copperlicht? Also what is the difference with irrEdit and coppercube?

Coppercube is an editor. You can create interactive 3D scenes with it. CopperLicht is a 3D engine and plays those scenes back when publishing them as WebGL. CopperLicht is part of CopperCube but can also be used standalone if you are a programmer.
irrEdit is an editor for Irrlicht scenes, and CopperCube was developed based on it.

If copperlicht is inside coppercube why copperlicht proffesional license is much more expensive than coppercube license?

Also the copperlicht license is not very clear, they say its free but then why they put a price for a student/hobby or professional ?
