I'm just trying Irrfuscator and obfuscating a swf, after executing it I get:

Error: Could not find compiled resource bundle '_rm715' for locale 'en_US'.

The usual way to fix such errors is to let irrfuscator write out a text file with the obfuscated symbols (there is an option for that) and search for the names listed above (_oc855, _lc976, _qo10963 and _rm715). See what their original names were and put them into the ignore list.
