Does anybody know of any decent 3D physics engines that would work well with CopperLicht?

It should work well with all physics engines, but for javascript, there aren't many yet. See in this forum, there were people who already implemented physic libraries into the code. Try bullet.js, that one sounds promising :)

Does anyone know anywhere I can get some examples or tutorials for using bulletjs, as I can't find any anywhere?

Thanks.

On the github, there seems to be an example:

Yeah I'm using that example at the moment but it is quite messy and has no commenting in it.
