hi :) i've been told to ask this question here so i hope i'm in the rite place

i downloaded code blocks about a week ago so i could learn c++
got SFML working on it and had a play around with that so i thought
i would have a go at playing with mp3's so i got irrklang but couldn't
get it working so i tried FMOD but couldent get that working either

I get errors like:-
E:\c++ proj\sound1\main.cpp|29|undefined reference to `_imp___ZN8irrklang20createIrrKlangDeviceENS_21E_SOUND_OUTPUT_DRIVEREiPKcS2_'|

it also ignores the pragma comment
pragma comment(lib, "irrKlang.lib")

been tryin to figure out what i'm doing wrong for 3 days now but my head
has started hurting!!!! can anyone help???

thanks :)

I guess you are using gcc as compiler then? You need to add the irrKlang.a file (to be found in lib\Win32-gcc) as library to link in your linker settings. Then it should work.

But still, I get the error again. But now it's not ignoring pragma but still, I get the error.
