Hello,
You know template Brown streched there is brown header but i want to do this same brown line in footer. But if i copy the header and in position and size i choose fill botton it stay in half of the page. I want to have like this, http://lafinestra.labottega.cz/cs/snidanove-menu/ you can see line of the wood at the top and at the botton.

I think this depends on how your page is structured. Maybe the parent of your footer is not the page but another layout container?
