Can I use the global sound variable system.soundvolume using JavaScript APIs ?

I've tried and didn't succeed. I'm wondering if someone can help me with the code

yes i think so using something like this...

var soundOff = "HASHTAGsystem.soundvolume"
ccbSetCopperCubeVariable(soundOff,0);

be sure to put an actual hashtag where it says HASHTAG in the code since the forum doesn't show those symbols

I was using directly the variable HASHTAGsystem.soundvolume inside the ccbSetCopperCubeVariable function that's why It wasn't working
