How do I make a bulleted list with the bullet placed at mid-height on the line.
I have no trouble doing this when I prepare my text in a word processor but when I copy and past my copy into RocketCake all format parameters, such as fonts, indents and bullet and number are lost. Is there a way around this beyond copying my text as an image?

No, format pasting currently isn't supported, sorry.
Inserting bulleted list: Take a look at the "springfield school" template, there is one. Just use lines of text and for the bullet points, right-click into the text and
select "insert text symbol -> bullet"
