How do I embed a video (MP4 format) into a web page? The MP4 file would be hosted on my own website. I tried HTML5 video but it said "No video with supported format or MIME type found".

Sounds like you are using Firefox and a video format which it cannot play back. Try another browser or re-encode your video with a format it can play back.

Hmm, well I'm using Firefox and that same video does show and play in it from another web site, but not with the page built by RocketCake where I'm trying to embed the video (using their direct video link to the MP4 file). I'll see what I can do.
