what kind of changes? if you are trying to say that when your game runs you want to save the changes like position of the player, player's health ,remaining bullets, etc etc.

or in short if you are asking for a save game thing then... the answer is yes.. you can do this.. but for that you have to script it manually to store all your variables into a file and then load them...
