Importing a mesh - all textures turned blue

I have a mesh that I converted with UU3D Pro so that all textures were embedded. I saved it as a FBX file and then loaded it into Coppercube.

Besides the fact that just about EVERY model has to be rotated 90 degrees on the X axis and 180 degrees on the Z axis, all DDS textures are now blue.

Every encountered this before?

For the rotation: The reason is that most 3d model packages and 3d engines uses different rotations and up/left/right vectors, so it is difficult to say which one is right. That's why most behaviors have an "additional rotation" setting. Also, you can now correct this in the animation editor in CopperCube, by right-clicking and selecting "Correct rotation". It doesn't work with all models (depends on the animation), but helps in a lot of cases.
