How could one protect their games if you use the dynamic level loading script? I initially wanted to have this game be openly moddable, but I've went against this idea now.
I thought of merging all of the separate CCBs into one via the import menu, but the fact is I wanted special loading screens for each level so this isn't ideal...

You could package your exe and ccb with a packaging or bundle software. I'm not sure about that, but some even might support encryption.
