Hi. www.tdaks.com I created a Products navigation menu with links to 4 pages. All I see on PC is Products but no sub menus will drop down. On iPhone the Products heading is simply called Menu and it doesn't drop down either. The documentation isn't helping me solve the problem. Any ideas ? |

Looks like you didn't upload the wsp_menu.js file to your server. The browser says (in the console): Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) - wsp_menu.js |

Thanks erik. I guess I will have to find out what wsp_menu.js is and why there is no mention of this requirement in Help. |

Giving up for now. No point in trying to move forward until this wsp_menu.js is sorted out. Thanks for your help so far guys. |

How do you upload your files? With an own FTP client and the "publish to disk" feature? Then you just forgot to upload the sub directory "rc_images", that's where that file is. |

PC view is fine. However, iPhones 6s & 5c only show a bar with the word Menu & a down arrow ( where there should be the words Products & Ordering ) that doesn't function at all. Are there any 'settings' that control this ? |

iPhones OK now. I unticked 'Use mobile menu' in properties, saved and uploaded. Odd that I should have to untick it but it works so all good. |
