When you have a floating image and want to change it;s size, you use the "Position and Size" window on the left. When you change it from let's say 5% to 4%, it makes a copy of the image (including the hyperlink) instead of changing the size. The "old" size is there also..

Just tried it out, works for me. Maybe you've copied that image before and you had two of them, which you didn't notice because they where overlapping? You can check by using the Element browser, for example.
